Admissions -  This is an introductory class and is ideal for new users that are working admissions.  This class is offered frequently as we have so much turnover in this area.  The class covers all basics of admissions, discharging, and running the census.

Executive  - This class is designed for Administrators, CFOs, and Executives, and provides hands on instruction on how to get to management options and reports.  This class also covers several key areas of the HIS that managers should be monitoring.

Collections -  This class will cover all options on the collections menu and will include various methods of outsourcing data to collection agencies.  We will also cover collections management and productivity monitoring by collector for in-house collections.  This class usually runs just a half day.

Query/Excel/Data Transfer -  This is an introductory level query and excel class.  The basics of Query/400 are taught and user queries are addressed.  There is also an introduction to Data Transfers through Excel in the second portion of the class.  File layouts are provided as well as hands on exercises.  Bring your questions or ideas for queries!!
