The HDMS+ Home Health Software is designed to integrate the Home Health billing with the HDMS2000 billing functions.

• The registration information from the HDMS+ hospital application is pulled and maintained with the 484/486/487 information
• All of the 485 information is online and may be maintained as information changes
• The UB92 claim generation programs are controlled by user defined profiles which allow for immediate response to regulation changes, just like the hospital system
• Pop-up windows for scanning patient files
• Open-item A/R tracks unpaid balance by individual billing accounts
• Information retained from month to month, only maintenance changes required
• Re-certification reports on demand
• Electronic overlays allow the system to generate UB92's, 485/486/487 forms using white paper. This is available with laser printers or impact printers such as the IBM 4230
• PC downloading is available as well as cooperative processing between PC and AS/400 for moving data to Excel spreadsheets, scheduling programs, etc.
• Query/400 allows ad hoc reporting functions
• Automatic 487 generation. When information does not fit in boxes available on 485/486, the information is automatically printed on a 487. Screens show size of the box to allow the user to word narratives to fit without necessity of 487
• Electronic submission of 485/486/487
• Use of Office Vision with Query allows integration of patient data with word processing functions
